In the sixth minute guest defender blocked Maslo´s shot from a free kick. After fifteen minutes Takáč did not use Brenkus´s pass and missed the target from behind of the penalty area. Subsequently Krajčírik tipped Yilamz´s shot. In the twenty-seventh minute Danbubić did not use Lovat´s pass and just missed the target. About thirteen minutes later Mitrea scored from a penalty kick – 0:1.
In the fourty-seventh minute Rusov caught Takáč´s attempt from behind of the penalty area. About eight minutes later Twardzik scored after a Brenkus´s free kick, but his goal was not recognized for the offside. In the sxity-third minute Regáli did not use Kostadinov´s pass and missed the target. After fourteen minutes Novotný did not use Regáli´s pass and missed the target in a big chance. Subsequently Ján Maslo just missed the target. In the eighty-fourth minute Tomáš Bobček did not used Regáli´s pass and missed the target.
Ján Haspra (head coach of MFK Ružomberok): „I have to agree with my colleague. I saw it in the way that we had territorial superiority throughout the match. We held our rivals in front of the penalty area, but unfortunately only in front of the penalty area. We cannot get to the main territory where football matches are decided. We are not as aggressive, alert, creative and efficient as we would like to be. So i tis enough to say one thing my father always said, I have already mentioned it - the goal is the God, the goal is the Christ, we did not give it today, so the match was won by the rival who did not have too many chances but finalized one of them and therefore deservedly won.“
